Refund & Exchange Policy - Mobi Merch

At Mobi Merch, we are committed to delivering just that! Our team strives to ensure product images, descriptions, and titles are as clear as possible. We request you to carefully review all product details before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and policies. Note: Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
If you’re not satisfied with your product, we offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products except:
- Tempered glass
- Phone skins
- Camera lens protectors
- Items purchased during sales or offers
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Email us at support@mobimerch.com.
- The product must be in its original condition, as delivered.
- The product must not have been used.
- The protective film must remain intact.
- Order ID and invoice must be provided.
- Exchanges will only be processed if the returned product passes our quality check.
- Items sold as “Sale” or “BOGO” offers are not eligible for exchange
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 5-7 business days

We provide refunds via store credits for returns requested within 3 days of delivery on all products except:
- Tempered glass
- Phone skins
- Camera lens protectors
- Items purchased during sales or offers
Conditions for Refund:
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Email us at support@mobimerch.com.
- The product must be in its original condition, as delivered.
- The product must not have been used.
- The protective film must remain intact.
- Order ID and invoice must be provided.
- Refunds are processed only if the returned product clears our quality check.
- Refund amounts will be transferred within 48-72 hours after the quality check.
- For COD orders, COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items marked as “Sale” or sold as “BOGO” offers are not eligible for refunds.
Store Credit Terms
- Store credits are linked to the original account used for purchase and cannot be transferred to another account or individual.
- Store credits are automatically applied to purchases made on www.mobimerch.com.
- If your order total exceeds the value of the store credit, an additional payment method will be required for the balance.
- COD is available for orders with a subtotal between ₹399 and ₹4999.
- Once the refund request is approved , the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 3 – 5 business days to the original mode of payment.
